Eco Friendly Mama’s First Ever Giveaway Contest!

on
June 1, 2018

To celebrate the Eco Friendly Mama Facebook page reaching 100 likes, I decided to do my first ever giveaway contest!

If you already like my page, thank you so much for your support! I see every like, every comment, every share, and appreciate them all. I wish I could give you all prizes for being awesome people who care about the planet.

If this is the first time you’ve visited the Eco Friendly Mama website, welcome!

Wondering what it’s all about? Not sure where to begin in becoming more Eco Friendly? I recommend you start by reading 3 Easy Ways To Be More Eco-Friendly…Right Now.

Another post that I recommend to anyone new to Eco Friendly Mama or how to become more eco-conscious is Want To Help The Planet? #StopStucking. Yes, Really : ). It’s got a ton of facts about the effect of plastic waste on our eco-system, and one very simple solution to improving this problem.

As for this giveaway contest, it took me a while to figure out how and what to do for it. I decided to go with an item from my recent post Everything You Need To Know About Reusable Sandwich Bags.

Though there are several awesome sandwich bag alternatives in my post, I think the Lunchskins Reusable Velcro Sandwich Bag is a good starter item if you’ve never used a reusable sandwich bag before. It’s sturdily constructed with a velcro closure, is easy to wash in the dishwasher, and as you can see below, has a super cute design.

If you’re already using reusable sandwich bags, first of all, go you!

This Lunchskins bag will make a useful addition to your collection I’m sure. I’m getting one for myself in fact.

To enter Eco Friendly Mama’s First Ever Giveaway Contest, please enter using one of the methods listed in the Gleam module below. United States only. Giveaway contest ends June 7th, 2018. Official contest rules can be found in the Terms and Conditions.

If you are not selected as the lucky winner, you can always purchase the Lunchskins bag using the links in this post. Full disclosure, they are Amazon Affiliate links. See my disclaimer in the sidebar or in my Privacy Policy page for more info. But basically, that means I may make a very small commission from Amazon, at no additional cost to you. I recommend these bags because I own them and love them myself!

Big thanks to Raising Hippies for her advice on how to run one of these things. I hope I’m doing it right!

My son loves using these everyday for his school snacks! They stand out from all the other disposable bags that his classmates bring, and it teaches him responsibility to make sure he brings them back home every day : )

I’m so glad these are available now! When my kids were little, we reused the plastic sandwich bags a few times to help cut cost and to help save the planet.

Wish I could make it international, but it’s a legal issue as well as a shipping cost issue. I’m sorry!
